Welcome! My name is Rebecca Lehman and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 51080). I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health challenges. I have worked in outpatient clinics, schools, in-home services, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient treatment.

My personal experiences parenting two young children have inspired my passion for supporting parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C) and feel honored to support families through these significant life transitions.

I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, journaling, dancing, and reading books with my kids.
